Ron has been deacon of Shadow Hill Baptist for the past six years.  He took Jesus has his Savior on May 9, 1989.  He has been in the bus ministry for 33 years and currently he and his wife Glenda over see the children ministries in the church.  Ron picks up persons of all ages here in West Virginia and also in Ohio.

Pastor Gragan has been ministering at Shadow Hill Baptist Church since January, 2011. After filling the pulpit for a few months, the church family voted him in as Pastor on May 22, 2011. 

Pastor Pat grew up in church but the Lord saved him in 1984 while he was attending college. He grew up in Maryland and moved to Ohio in 1981 to attend Marietta College, where he graduated with a BS in petroleum engineering.

Pastor Pat met his wife, Kristin, at Marietta College and they were married after graduating in 1986. They have two sons. Pat and Kristin attended Fellowship Baptist Church in Vienna, West Virginia for 27 years. Pastor Pat was active in the bus ministry and children's church. He taught adult Sunday school classes and was in the choir. Pastor also ministered in juvenile prisons from 1995 until January 2020. 

Pastor Pat was a full-time police officer in Marietta, Ohio for over 32 years when he retired at the end of June, 2019. He works full-time as a police officer at the Marietta College Police Department.
